Board Chair

Carm Santoro has served as president and/or Chairman and/or CEO of four public companies in the technology field including AST Research Inc., Silicon Systems Inc., Ashton-Tate Inc. and Platinum Software Inc.

Carm's education includes a B.S. (1963) from Manhattan College, New York City, and a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics (1967) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.

Carm has been a contributing board member for several private and public companies. He has served on the Owners Association Boards of Sterlingwood, Bald Eagle, Bellemont, Rancho Santa Fe Groves and Laguna Royale. He has been involved with fundraising for cancer research and treatment; he and his wife Nancy spearheaded a successful fund raising campaign at St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange Country CA. They have been founding contributors to the Park City and Orange County Performing Arts Centers and the SOS Foundation for the Egyptian Theater.

As chair of Full Capacity Marketing's Board of Advisors, Carm provides exceptional leadership, vision and drive.
