Dora Mendivil is the Center Director for San Diego's Center for Employment Training (CET), an organization that she has contributed to for over thirteen years in various locations including Yuma, Riverside and San Diego.

Representing the San Diego Hispanic community, Dora was nominated by Congressman Randy Cunningham to attend the first "Hispanic Leadership Summit" and the "Asian Hispanic Opportunity Conference" in Washington, D.C.

A graduate of the University of Baja California with a Bachelor Degree in Administration, Dora has over 20 years experience in Administration and Education in both the U.S. and Mexico.

Dora serves on various community agency boards and is a member of the San Diego Workforce Investment Board, Veterans Employment Committee, NAFA and ESL Teacher's Association.

Dora resides in Chula Vista, California with her children (young adult twin boys and her teenage daughter).

Dora's extensive experience in workforce development provides insight into Full Capacity Marketing's operational structure and vision for our customers.
