Coastline Regional Occupational Program (ROP) hired FCM to develop a brand strategy for the organization. FCM conducted research to understand Coastline’s market position and used feedback from current and former students and business partners to inform a new Strategic Marketing and Communications Plan. The Plan included a redesign of Coastline ROP’s website, brand identity, and tagline. FCM also provided recommendations and training to help Coastline improve its presence on social media.
