The Summit focuses on how noncredit programs are driving equity and economic mobility for adult learners across California, all through the lens of Vision 2030—the roadmap for a more equitable, accessible, and workforce-connected community college system. Noncredit education is a vital force, serving more than half a million students annually—including working adults, English language learners, and those seeking career advancement. Noncredit programs empower adults to Build a Better Life, with completion often leading to a 34% increase in median quarterly wages.
