FCM assisted the California Association of Regional Occupational Centers and Programs with a rebranding initiative and development of a strategic communications plan in the face of regional funding challenges. Execution of this initiative included: a new logo; a website redesign that better communicated CAROCP’s mission to various target audiences; and an e-magazine that highlighted the work of California’s ROPs to local and state legislators. The website launch included management of a success story initiative that invited ROPs from across the state to share the ways their programs are helping students, communities, and employers.
